The Stables at Park Mill Farm

The Stables is a beautiful self catering holiday cottage that sleeps two.  Nestled under the edge of the Cotswolds in England its luxurious accommodation includes a large double bedroom with kingsized bed and palacial en-suite bathroom upstairs.  The bathroom has a large shower and separate roll-top cast-iron bath that is positioned next to the window  looking out over an old apple orchard.   Downstairs there is an open-plan kitchen and living area with the three old stable door openings, converted into large windows, to make the most of the fantastic view. The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, cooker and dishwasher. Visitors are welcome to buy their own eggs from the chickens and ducks for breakfast and, of course, there will be some fantastic bacon on offer! Outside the Stables there is a large seating and barbeque area where, amidst the sound of brook a few feet away, you will be able to relax with a glass of wine without being overlooked by anyone at all. It’s your own private orchard for you to enjoy which you will share only with a couple of squirrels, chickens and ducks.  It is truly a country idyll.   The farm is situated within easy walk of the village of Kingswood which has a great pub and well stocked village shop and is also within walking distance of the beautiful market town of Wotton Under Edge.   The farm is surrounded by fields with lots of public footpaths to take you into the heart of the English countryside.   

 The Stables is a perfect romantic getaway.  Secluded for privacy but right on the doorstep of some of Englands greatest cities and tourist areas for lots of things to do.

Tarrifs and Availability

The Stables are available all year round.   Lettings are weekly Saturday to Saturday and weekends are available subject to availability.   Preference will be given to longer lets.
